  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
